Apple To Sue Over Steve Jobs Figurine

In Icon, a chinese toy manufacturer is set to launch a 12-inch action
figure of Steve Jobs. Telegraph reports that Apple threatens to sue
the said manufacturer if it won't stop to release the toy.

The Steve Jobs action figure is priced less than $100. It is very
detailed figurine, it even wears a wedding ring.

Over 1 Billion Apps Downloaded During Christmas Week

Flurry reported that iOS and Android broke the record for a total Apps
downloaded over the Christmas weekend of around 1.2 billions.

Report said that US leads the number at 509 million followed by China

Samsung just announced that Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab 7.0 won't get the Ice Cream Sandwich update. The not-so-good part of this news is that around 10 million Galaxy S users worldwide are stuck with their Gingerbread until they decide to upgrade to Galaxy SII or higher model.

In the first quarter of 2012 it is confirmed that Galaxy Note and Galaxy S II will be some of the first smartphones to join the Android 4.0 clan.
